Dulux has announced its Colour of the Year for 2027, introducing ‘Soulful Sage’. This soothing green is designed to add a sense of tranquility and flexibility, perfectly aligning with the upcoming colour trends forecasted for the year.
At the core of Dulux's vision are three curated colour collections: 'Glow', 'Light', and 'Lift', all anchored by Soulful Sage. Described as 'an ethereal, soft and silvery green,' this hue aims to facilitate a lifestyle that can 'Live Lightly'.
According to Marianne Shillingford, Creative Director at Dulux, this year’s overarching theme reflects a growing need for homes that offer respite from modern life's chaos. "With our increasingly busy lives, it's essential that our spaces allow for disconnection and joy," she states. "Soulful Sage encapsulates this ethos, blending lightness with a connection to nature."
